STUDIO CULTURE

Our studio culture goes beyond work, creating opportunities to learn, share, and connect with one another. One such initiative is “Pav Pe Charcha,” a monthly post-work gathering where one member of the studio presents a topic of their choice in a short 5–10 minute talk, with the simple aim of sparking an hour-long discussion. From unexpected ideas to thought-provoking subjects, each session has turned into a lively exchange of perspectives, and the conversations have often gone far beyond our expectations. Alongside these sessions, we organise interactive workshops, collaborative activities, festival celebrations, chess tournaments, and other informal events that encourage teamwork, creativity, and friendly competition. These initiatives help us look beyond our individual roles, learn from each other, and build a studio environment where curiosity, collaboration, and meaningful conversations are as important as the work we do.
